Scanimaging Services is an independent, third-party service provider for computed tomography systems installed across India. Our engineers spent years inside Philips Healthcare and GE Healthcare service organisations before moving to independent practice, so the same fault-isolation discipline, calibration procedure and documentation standard is applied on every visit — whether the system is under an annual maintenance contract or a one-off paid call.

Scope of work covers breakdown repair and error-code diagnosis, X-ray tube replacement and seasoning, detector and DMS faults, gantry and slip-ring servicing, generator and high-voltage sections, table and positioning drives, console and reconstruction hardware, board-level PCB repair, planned preventive maintenance, relocation and re-installation, and supply of tested spare parts. Every job closes with a signed service report, calibration records and QA readings the hospital can keep for audit.

Philips CT systems we support: Brilliance CT 6, 16 and 64-channel, Brilliance Big Bore, Ingenuity CT and Ingenuity Core, Access CT, MX16-slice and related MX platforms. Spare part coverage for these platforms runs to thousands of catalogued part numbers, and Ingenuity systems can often be kept running with Brilliance 64 equivalent assemblies where the OEM number is discontinued.

GE CT systems we support: BrightSpeed 16, Brivo CT 385, Optima CT 660 and Discovery CT 750 HD, along with the shared gantry, detector and console hardware used across those families.

We work with hospitals, diagnostic chains and standalone imaging centres across India. Parts are dispatched pan-India, phone triage is available round the clock, and AMC and CMC contracts can be structured with or without spare parts depending on how much risk the site wants to carry.
